In times of adversity, the heart of Tezakai beats in unity with the people of Morocco.

On Friday 8 September, 11pm local time, a 6.8 magnitude earthquake struck Morocco. The epicentre was in the High Atlas Mountains, approximately 70 kilometres south of Marrakesh. A 4.9 magnitude aftershock followed just 20 minutes later.

The efforts by @tezquakeaid speaks volumes of the compassion in the Tezos community and we would like to contribute to these efforts.

Zahira, our cherished creation, is a symbol of hope and resilience dedicated to the resilient people of Morocco. In the face of adversity, they have shown remarkable strength, just as Zahira stands strong amidst the challenges of her world.

With the funds from Zahira's transaction, we aim to bring hope to those in need, as the proceeds contribute to the #tezquakeaid fund, offering a helping hand to Morocco's recovery.
